Flavor Profile:

The crema is nutty in color with reddish mahogany highlights. The cream’s consistency is particularly high, and the texture is very good. The aroma is intense and pleasant, with hints of cocoa and fruit, reminiscent of the typical flavor of baked bread.
The aromas are balanced and well-balanced; the body is particularly high. The flavor is sweet (from the Indian Robusta), robust, and spicy. The aftertaste is full and persistent, with sensations of spices and flowers blended with the taste of chocolate and baked bread. The aftertaste is long-lasting, providing the best characteristics for flavor and aroma. This roast is ideal for an espresso, coffee, cappuccino or espresso macchiato.
